I am skilled at Sports and Deep Tissue Massage, Mayo Fascial Therapy and other massage techniques to reduce scar tissue repair and release adhesions to restricted and problem areas. Postural assessment and treatments to increase overall muscular and skeletal performance.
My private practice requires new client phone consultations to schedule first session. My massages are goal oriented setting up maintenance plans resulting in positive outcomes for each client.
