I offer therapeutic massage services for men and women to achieve rehabilitation goals and physical well-being, including total relaxation and stress reduction. I specialize Sports and Deep Tissue Massage, Mayo Fascial Therapy and other massage techniques to reduce scar tissue repair, release adhesions, increasing mobility to restricted and problem areas. Postural assessment and treatments to increase overall muscular and skeletal performance.

My private practice requires new client phone consultations to schedule first session.  My massages are goal oriented setting up maintenance plans resulting in positive outcomes for each client.
